The 7MM Cultured Pearl sits in the center, while the 12 looped petals encircle it, arranged alternately as plain gold and diamond accented loops. While 6 out of the 12 looped petals are in plain gold, the other 6 are decorated with 2 each pave set round cut diamonds, total 12.
