I'm so grateful to have found Nacol's, and Rachael in particular. After a horrible experience getting my ring "fixed" at a different place in town, which left it even worse compared to before, I was so upset. My husband and I decided to come to Nacol's to look into what ... they could do to repair it, or options if they could not. Rachael was so patient with us, and she gave us so many ideas on what to do moving forward. I was very emotional and indecisive about my original ring, and she was so sweet, understanding, and even texted us pictures of ideas for what to do with the original ring and the emerald from it.
